The Journal
We hit a big milestone this month on the back of our AW22 release. A balance tipped that saw our revenue shift heavily to our clothing sales over our re-waxing service. This was better still as October 22 was our busiest month ever with re-waxing. We never set out to create clothing, we never set out to even create a business but here we are, doing our thing and your sales are showing that you care, so thank you!
Paninaro Feature
October saw the long anticipated release of issue 004 of Paninaro Magazine. Created by enthusiasts for enthusiasts, it celebrates the wonderful subculture that mixes together music, fashion and football. We were in Glasgow at the start of this year for a photo shoot in support of a piece that tells our story, a story they published over 12 pages! We are over the moon with the article and better still, we've made some great friends in the process.
They sell out (and sell on eBay for way over rrp) very quickly but at time of writing I believe they had just under 50 left!
Bo Carter Fashion Show
Back in January, The Yorkshire Post shared an article on some of the region's designer doing good in the world of sustainability. We were featured as was a designer called Bo Carter. Bo's work and ethics is something to be admired so we were more than happy to say yes when the invite landed to support her upcoming Atta collection release in Leeds on November the 10th.
We will be showing all of AW22 collection and would lover to see some of you there. Tickets are still available from https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/fashion-show-tickets-420860463977
What next?
We're just putting the finishing touches to our collections for 2023 and can't wait to share it. But we will. For now, we still have a few pieces of our AW22 collection left though our very last AW22 Varsity sweatshirt sold as I type this.
We also still undecided if we run a short sale just before Christmas so keep your eye out for that too.
As always. Thank you.
