It's been busy..

It's been busy..

It seems an age since we last shared anything but I have promised myself to do this a little more often. Hopefully it offers the reader some insight into the 'cogs' of a growing business otherwise I shall put it down to cathartic narcism.

Here at Mallin & Son, we act like the business we aspire to be which does often portray us as a little bigger than we actually are. We are a business born from one person in a loft to now having premises and 4 people working hard to keep us growing. It really has been some journey in such a short space of time.

This week we welcome our newest team member who I am going to ask to introduce here through her own blog in the coming weeks. The ability (and need) to take people on really is a sign that we are moving in the right direction.

In February, we've had a it of a refresh around our jacket services, taking inspiration from a website I found that details the history of our hometown. Ossett and the surrounding areas are firmly rooted within the textile industry and still host the old mills where it all took place. The imagery and text we now use is pinned right back to the old posters, billboards and wagons of that time.

Whilst the service side of the business keeps growing, so does our brand. Our spring/summer 22 stock is almost out on our website but we are over the moon to have it stocked at Frank Bird in-store and online.

We are just in the midst of getting our AW23 range ready but in my next blog, I hope to talk more about the direction of our brand.

Thanks for reading
